I’m Edward Shields

An all-around Graphic, Web, and Brand Designer born and raised in Philadelphia, now based in the Detroit. With over 20 years of experience in the Design Industry, I have a passion for creating meaningful designs that make a lasting impact.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life through my studio Two Fifteen Design Studio. My specialties include logo design, branding, web design, and user interface design. I am constantly inspired by the world around me and strive to create designs that are both beautiful and functional.

As a designer, I’m motivated by a good cause, the pursuit of beauty, and the development of interesting ideas. This portfolio shows off my creativity unleashed and unconstrained. Ideas and concepts that I own from a notion to competition. My career creating bold, modern visuals or elegant, minimalistic designs has given me an unique perspective and understanding in merging both visual aesthetics and modern technology.

I believe that good design is about more than just making things look pretty — it’s about designing compelling pieces that are not only visually stunning, but also communicate a message effectively.
